June 2008 End of the Year Pickups

Dear Waldorf Rental Customer,

Johnson String Instrument will visit the Lexington Waldorf School on Tuesday, June 17th to pick up and exchange rental instruments.

Some of you may have your rental paid beyond that date. If so, you are welcome to either: 1) Take advantage of the free pick up. 2) Keep it and get it back to us by the due date. OR 3) Renew the rental when you receive your bill.

Returns: If you need to return your rental instrument, please leave it with either Leah Bartell or Jane Sheena in the Waldorf School music room before 9AM on June 17th.

Please be sure your instrument is clearly marked with your name, address and phone number so we will know which rental account to close!

Exchanges: If you would like to exchange the instrument you are currently renting, call 800-359-9351 or visit www.johnsonstring.com by June 16th to reserve an instrument. Your replacement instrument will be delivered to the music room on June 17th and can be picked up at dismissal.

New rentals: In addition to serving our current renters, an instrument petting zoo will give third graders an opportunity to choose between the violin, viola, cello or bass. Parents are invited to visit the music room between 9AM and 10AM on June 17th to discuss rental options for the 2008-2009 school year. We will return in September to provide instruments for the fourth grade, but if you would like to pick up an instrument on June 17th, you can contact us to reserve an instrument. Visit www.johnsonstring.com or call 800-359-9351 by June 16th to complete a rental contract and order the required accessories and they can either be picked up at the petting zoo or left with the string teachers.
