June 2008 End of the Year Pickups

Spring 2008

Dear Rental Customer,

Johnson String Instrument will meet parents at the Winchester Community Music School (407 Highland Avenue) on:

Thursday, June 19th, 4:00 – 6:00 PM

to pick up and exchange instruments. Some of you may have your rental paid beyond that date. If so, you are welcome to:

1) Take advantage of the free pick up.
2) Keep it and get it back to us by the due date. OR
3) Renew the rental when you receive your next bill.

Returns: If you need to return your rental instrument, please meet us (or ask a friend to meet us) at WCMS on June 19th.

Please be sure your instrument is clearly marked with your name, address and phone number so we will know which rental account to close!

Exchanges: If you would like to exchange the instrument you are currently renting, call 800-359-9351 or visit www.johnsonstring.com by June 18th to reserve an instrument. Your replacement instrument will be delivered on June 19th.

New rentals: Visit www.johnsonstring.com or call 800-359-9351 by June 16th to complete a rental contract and reserve an instrument for delivery. You can bring your child on June 19th to ensure that he or she receives an instrument of appropriate size.
