June 2008 End of the Year Pickups

Spring 2008

Dear Simsbury Parent,

Johnson String Instrument will visit Simsbury High School on Wednesday, June 11th to pick up and exchange rental stringed instruments. Some of you may have your rental paid beyond that date. If so, you are welcome to:

1) Take advantage of the free pick up.
2) Keep it and get it back to our store by the renewal date. OR
3) Renew the rental when you receive your bill.

Renewals: To renew your rental account for the summer, please call 800-359-9351.

Returns: If you would like to return your rental instrument, please leave it in the High School Jazz Ensemble Room before 11AM on Wednesday, June 11th.

If you are leaving an instrument, please be sure to clearly mark your name, address and phone number on the instrument so we know which rental account to close!

Exchanges: If you need to exchange your current rental instrument, visit www.johnsonstring.com or call 800-359-9351 before June 11th to reserve a replacement instrument. Leave your original instrument in the High School Jazz Ensemble room, and your replacement instrument can be picked up after dismissal on June 11th.

Bass renters: Please call our shop at 800-359-9351 to indicate whether you intend to return your instrument or keep it during the summer.
