June 2008 End of the Year Pickups

Spring 2008

Dear Lynn Rental Customer,

Johnson String Instrument will pick up rental instruments from the Lynn public Schools on:

June 12, 2008

Some of you may have your rental paid beyond this date. If so, you are welcome to either:

1) Take advantages of the free pick up.
2) Keep it and get it back to us by the due date. OR
3) Renew the rental when you receive your next bill.

Returns: We hope your child will continue playing during the summer, but if you need to return your instrument, please leave it with Toku Kawata, Julie Carew or Joy Brugger after the last lesson. These teachers will bring returned instruments to Breed Jr. High School for pickup. Instruments can also be returned to these teachers at Breed Jr. High on the morning of June 12.

If you are returning an instrument, please make sure that your instrument is clearly marked with your name, address and phone number so we will know which rental account to close!

Note: Instruments should not be returned to school classrooms. If you are unable to bring your instrument to Toku Kawata, Julie Carew or Joy Brugger by June 12th, you can call our shop to make other return arrangements.

Renewals and exchanges: Many of you may wish to renew your rental account or exchange your instrument. To renew your account, please call 800-359-9351. To exchange your instrument, please call 800-359-9351 or visit www.johnsonstring.com to reserve an instrument for delivery on June 12. You can either meet us at Breed School on 6/12 at 11:00 am, or we can leave your replacement instrument with your teacher. We will also visit in September and can make exchanges then.
