June 2008 End of the Year Pickups

Spring 2008

Dear Andover customer,

Johnson String Instrument will visit Andover on Thursday, June 19th to pick up and exchange rental violins, violas, cellos and basses.

Some of you may have your rental paid beyond that date. If so, you are welcome to:

1.) Renew the rental when you receive your next bill.
2.) Take advantage of the free pick up.
3.) Keep your instrument, and return it by the account expiration date.

Renewals: If you would like to renew your account, call 800-359-9351.

Returns: If you wish to return your instrument for the summer, you can leave it at one of the following locations before 10AM on Wednesday, June 18th.

High Plain Elementary School cafeteria or music room
Sanborn Elementary School music room
West Elementary School auditorium
Bancroft Elementary School cafeteria or music room
South Elementary School Kindergarten lobby

If you are returning an instrument to a school, please make sure your instrument is clearly marked with your name, address and phone number so we will know which account to close.

Exchanges: If you need to exchange the instrument you are currently renting for a replacement instrument, visit www.johnsonstring.com or call 800-359-9351 to reserve an instrument for delivery. Request that we leave your replacement at one of the locations listed above. Your replacement instrument can be picked up at that location after dismissal on Thursday, June 19th.
