Dear Durham Parent,
Johnson String Instrument will be delivering rental violins, violas, cellos and basses for students enrolled in the UNH string project on: Wednesday, September 26th, 5:00-7:00 PM in the Oyster River Middle School cafeteria.
We recommend that you Pre-Register Online. You can Pre-Register Online after September 1, or call us at 800-359-9351 anytime after August 24th. Pre-registration ensures that an instrument of appropriate size will be reserved for your child until 7:00 PM and allows you reserve accessories in advance. If you are unable to Pre-Register Online, you may read over and fill out a contract at the delivery while your child is sized for their instrument.

-Basses are available in limited quantities, please call to register in advance for bass delivery.
-School rate for small basses: a nine-month rental requires only a six -month rental payment.
Please note: We require a credit card number as a security deposit on the rental contract. However, you are welcome to pay the rental fee by cash, check or credit card. Rates include insurance. Renewals can be done through the mail. Yearly rates are less expensive and if you return early, you will be charged only for the time used. Rental equity program: A portion of rental fees paid may be used toward the purchase of an instrument.
Required accessories: The string teacher has requested that you purchase some additional items. Violinists and violists need a foam shoulder rest ($3.25) and all players will need the Strictly Strings book ($5.95). The cost for these items can be added to your contract at the delivery.
Optional accessories: Music stands and cello rock stops are recommended and will be available for sale. If you have any questions or would like to order books and accessories please call us at 800-359-9351.
