Johnson String Instrument will be delivering rental violins, violas and cellos for the Lynn Public School string program to Breed Junior High School on Friday, September 25th, 6:30 – 8:00pm
To reserve an instrument for delivery, you must register in advance before September 25th. Advance registration is the only way to ensure that an instrument will be reserved for your child until 8:00 PM. If you are unable to register in advance, you can complete a rental contract at the delivery.
Please note: We do require a credit card number as a security deposit on the rental contract. However, you are welcome to pay the rental fee by cash, check or credit card. Rates include insurance. Renewals can be done through the mail. Rental equity program: A portion of rental fees paid may be used toward the purchase of an instrument.
Accessories: Lynn string teachers have asked that all new players purchase the Essential Elements 2000 book and a Hamilton music stand. The cost of both items ($25.00 including tax) can be added to your rental payment. Violinists and violists also need a foam shoulder rest ($4.00 including tax), and cellists can purchase a rock stop ($5.00 including tax). A few other items will also be available, but you should contact us to order items other than those listed above.
Returning players: Ask your teacher which book your child will need for the 2006-2007 school year. Some returning players will need Essential Elements book 2; others will use the same book as the previous year.
