Equity Policy

Johnson String Instrument offers an equity accrual program for our rental customers. A portion of all accumulated rental fees can be applied toward the purchase of an instrument (of like kind) from our showroom. Equity can be used for up to two years following the termination date of the rental contract. For details and terms of use, please consult your copy of the rental contract, or call us for an equity accrual statement for your account.

• Any instrument or bow, with the exception of electric instruments and "student bows", purchased at Johnson's, whether online or in our shop, comes with the same guarantees and trade-up policies. (Click here for details.)
• Any returns made within thirty days of purchase will be honored with a full refund.
• Returns must be in original condition.
